The location offers easy access to various shops and restaurants. The seamless online check-in process adds modern convenience, and the comfortable bed ensured a restful night. The room felt cramped and lacked adequate ventilation, disappointing. Early access to the room was appreciated, but additional issues like noise from the bar next door disrupted the stay significantly. The breakfast was also underwhelming, consisting mainly of local meats without much variety.

Everything at this brand-new hotel was good as we expected. Location: the property was close enough to shopping streets, restaurants and shops and the local cafes. Spent a nice evening at Barra Baja Restaurante, located extremely close to the venue. We got a huge and tidy room and great service.

It is a very fancy appartment, bright new (renovated). Location is perfect, very vlose to all sightseeing points. Good recommendation.
Internet was only in the lobby... hope they will improve soon... It was also a little bite noisy (room on the square) but difficult to avoid in Sevilla...)

Excellent hotel with great amenities like Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and 24-hour security. The staff helped me find a car service on my first stay. I recommend using the luggage storage. I'm coming back for Christmas!

Very clean and nicely furnished. Location is perfect, there's a parking about 30 metres away - pretty expencive though, about 20 euros per night
The room had practically no window – the only one was facing another rooms’ windows in only a few metres distance, so you cannot lift up the blinds

The location is convenient for local attractions.
Upon arrival, I found it difficult to find staff due to the lack of reception. The room I stayed in was cramped. I encountered issues with cleanliness, as the bathroom wasn't properly cleaned .

The shower had excellent pressure and there was no shortage of hot water. Plus, the air conditioning worked like a charm in the Seville heat, a lifesaver.
The room was cramped, possibly the smallest hotel room I've encountered, with protruding furniture, made navigation tricky. I had to deal with a bothersome croaking noise from the bathroom fan, and the overall ambiance felt a bit soulless-like a place controlled by an accountant. The breakfast was served in a basement area that looked uninviting, prompting me to seek better options nearby instead. Having to check in online without a dedicated reception was another hassle that added to the inconvenience.

Great price and location. Clean, affordable, authentic and stylish with lots of cafes and services all around.
A little dark if you don't have a balcony room but the price is according.

Although the lobby the first leaves impression about a rather cramped place, the rooms and bathrooms were surprisingly large and comfortable. The location also I would consider as good. A really good choice for the price we paid (49 euros for double room).

Exploring the beautiful sights in Seville was a highlight of the trip! The location was definitely a plus, with the Cathedral nearby and plenty of bars and restaurants just a short walk away. I also appreciated being granted early access to our room, which made our arrival smooth and allowed us to unload our bags and get to exploring right away.

found it was in a good location close enough to all facilities, site seeing or shopping. the bar at the entrance was a good place to eat and drink, watch the world go by and buses came at regular intervals

clean and comfortable hotel. Small rooms but with good and strong shower. excellent location for shopping and walk to Cathedral. Absolutely good value for money.
wifi in room is weak but can do it at lobby. a bit inconvenient in that sense. This happens to quite some hotels in Spain anyway.

The location is pretty sweet as it's easy to wander around. But man, parking is a nightmare and the room lacked a decent view.

the location was perfect! Very central. Taxi to the airport was 21 euros. But didn't need a taxi while at the hotel.
